My favorite part about the Croods was the relationship between Grug and Eep. He just loves his baby and wants to keep her safe, and he's doing it in the only way he knows how, in a way that works, because he's seen so many of his friends die. He's a good daddy, even if he's afraid of change and new things. He's doin his very best. He'd even go hungry for his family. He was my favorite character, actually. I shed tears for this guy. More than once.

Croods was a fantastic movie. I really recommend it. Its top notch everything. If the plot doesn't movie you, the visuals and designs will. Fantastic direction from Chris Sanders.
