Lark - Ascension

This is such a lovely piece. I had to look at it for a long time before I could come up with a decent piece of advice :/ Your painting style is just so beautiful. I love how the gentle lighting works with the blue reflective light and the shadows. The paws are beautiful. If anything, I think her legs look a bit short, but that's really a personal preference, she might just be a short wolf <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Lick)"/>. The other thing I noticed, someone else already pointed out: the head feels like it's too far from the shoulders. Like the neck is too long. Not that much, but enough to be noticeable if you stare at it. I also feel that her muzzle is too long, but again probably personal preference. But I would shorten her muzzle to the middle of her nose at least. Her head just feels too long and thin to me. But it's beautiful none the less. Overall, excellent work on the fur and lovely all around <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
