Description

Character design for the Apocalypse Challenge for :icondesign-a-character:

This is Emily. I chose Alien Apocalypse and Human for the character. She is a survivor.

Backstory-

In the year 2034, an alien race came to Earth with the intention to colonize, mine, and export. The human race was enslaved and forced to build and mine. Every person gets number when they turn ten, which is tattooed on their arm. Their number is entered into a system, and once a every few months, a draft is done and random persons are selected to be shipped back to the home planet for service jobs.

When Emily was 14, her little sister was chosen to be taken. Her father put up a fight when they came for her, and was killed. Emily was taken to a mine and her mother and sister were taken. Emily worked in the mine for 3 years before escaping through a hole she dug in the back. She has joined a group of rebels that occupy an abandoned corner of a city.

Emily carries a weapon made of a kitchen knife tied to a metal pole. She likes it because it useful for getting around the city. She can use it to vault over things, knock things down and over, reach things that are too high, etc. The knife can act as a mirror that she can use to check around corners. It can also be untied from the pole and used as a weapon itself. She has several hair ties around her wrist, which are useful for holding things together. Her locket was given to her by her father. She also several scars received from abuse by her captors, and from slipping and falling or getting caught on debris in the city.

I might actually develop this character some more XD This was fun. I came up with all of this in the last few hours.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but caution tape is nowhere near strong eneough to hold that knife to the pole. I like the way it looks though.
